This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how EvolveAMT Pty Ltd (“EvolveAMT”, "We", "Us", or “Our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you (“User”) when you access or use Our website or the EvolveAMT software application (“Software”).

1.1. Personal Information: We collect personal information you provide when you use the Software, such as your name and contact information. 

1.2. User data: Data that is directly input into the Software by the User, either by text input to transcriptions based on speech to text. 

1.3. Audio Data: Audio data may be temporarily collected from your computer's microphone when you use the Software features that transcribe audio to text. We collect the resulting text transcriptions based on your audio. No audio recordings are saved. 

1.4. Usage Information: We may collect information indirectly from you, where it relates to your usage of the Software or Our website. Some examples include: information about your device, the duration and frequency of your usage, features you use, and the manner in which you specifically use or access the Software or Our website. 

2. Use of Information 

We use the information we collect in the following ways: 

2.1. To Provide and Improve the Software or User’s experience: We use your personal information, User data and audio data to provide the Software's services and to improve the Software's performance, accuracy, and functionality, or that of Our website. 

2.2. To Communicate with You: We may use your personal information to send you important notices, updates, and promotional materials related to the Software or Our website, or to respond to your enquiries or offer customer support.  

2.3. To Analyse Usage and Trends: We use your usage and submitted information to understand how Our Software is used and to identify trends and patterns to improve Our services, and to develop new ones.

We do not share your personal information with strangers. We do not share your information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

We do our best to keep your information and data safe using industry-standard security practices. This includes the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA), firewalls, and data encryption in transit and at rest. 

We use reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. 

Whilst all reasonable measures are taken, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure and We can therefore not guarantee the complete security of information. However, We will notify you and suitable authorities of data breaches in the event they may occur. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. 

If you have an account with Us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, networks and access devices. Please do not share your login information with anyone and only access the Software from a trusted device and network.

We store the information We collect for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which We originally collected it.
